Kate Bligh is a bilingual facilitator and communications consultant.  She is also a certified life coach and a former theatre director and acting teacher, and has been lecturing at Concordia University in Montreal for 26 years now. She coaches women of all kinds, from CEOs to  former sex-workers, of different races, sexualities, and ages, supports them as they seek to live their best lives. She is the founder of the group ‘Women Ageing Wisely’, providing networking and community for women over 50. Kate moved to Quebec from London, England in 1996, and currently lives in Sutton.
