Caroline began her college studies in nursing. Throughout multiple fieldwork experiences, she discovered a love for helping seniors, particularly those with neurocognitive impairments. Being a social individual, Caroline decided that nursing was not quite meeting her professional needs. She then changed career paths, where she obtained a DEC in Special Care Counselling in 2020. Following her studies, Caroline worked in long term care facilities as an activity coordinator, she then decided to take a leap, in 2023 and put her intervention skills into practice at the Société Alzheimer Brome Missisquoi & Haute Yamaska.
